Creature Thoughts Feb ’22: Cuddle Time

It has long been known (with numerous studies backing up the fact) that pet ownership improves our health and our mental well-being. Oh, it’s not that pet ownership isn’t without its own share of stress. Our pets experience anxiety, have behavioral issues, and suffer illness just like we do. However, just the blessing of sharing our lives with these wonderful beings can bring us a sense of security even when the world around us is going to he…ck in a handbasket.

Creature Thoughts, November 2020

Twenty Twenty. To say that this year has been a challenge would be a major understatement. We entered the year thinking “20/20” would mean perfect vision. Okay, I think we can all agree that Mr Einstein was a pretty smart guy. If he says that everything is vibration, and that, when broken down to the most baseline truth, there is no matter, that sure gives us something to think about.

Creature Thoughts, July/Aug 2017

One thing I, and many others, believe, is that emotion is an energizing force. It gives power to our thoughts. It is the turbo-boost that allows the physical manifestation of our imagination to take place.

September 11th, 15 Years On

I will not dishonor their memory By forgetting the true cause Those souls sacrificed To hatred embraced by angry hearts I will not dishonor their memory By forgetting the chance we were given To come together, to hold one another To be a nation united, by grief By Love I will not dishonor their memory…
